Start with the venue’s table plan, the guest list and how the meal will be served. An intimate table and a long banquet need different arrangements, even when the colours and atmosphere are similar.

Linens, place settings and centrepieces

Linens, place settings and florals work together to give the table its character. Ask us to confirm the individual pieces, quantities, floral types and availability for your date; a photograph is inspiration rather than an inclusion list.

Wedding reception tables, bridal and baby showers, birthdays and other celebration tables can each have their own look. Tell us your occasion and a few priorities so we can discuss a setting around your plans.

03 · Table styling

What the venue supplies and your quote details

Ask your venue which tables, chairs, linen and tableware it supplies. Share its inventory and floor plan so your styling enquiry can distinguish existing pieces from anything you would like to hire.

Send the date, venue or suburb, guest count, table layout, colours and references. Include access, stairs, parking, setup windows and collection requirements. Confirm delivery, setup, collection and all proposed inclusions directly before booking; our hire terms apply to hired pieces and flowers.

Can we discuss wedding and celebration tables?

Are tableware and flowers included?

Confirm the exact pieces, quantities and floral types in your quote, including what the venue already supplies. Do not assume that every item shown in a photograph is included or available for your date.
